International Shipping
Listed below is the full list of countries that we ship to, as well as any information related to duties, taxes, customs, etc that you may be responsible for if you decide to buy our products and have them imported into your country.
This information is provided as a reference and to help you better understand the expected total cost of our product, not as a substitute for legal and tax advice.
General
Countries oftentimes levy customs duties, VAT, GST, imported processing charges, customs clearance fees etc on imported products. Every country has different structures, percentages, and even differing thresholds below which no additional costs are realized. We do not collect any of these duties, taxes, or fees, these are paid directly to the government and courier services as required to import goods.
Unless otherwise specified, we do not offer shipping in which all fees and taxes are paid upfront because:
couriers that offer this service charge a large premium for their service; you’ll end up saving a decent amount of money by paying for shipping and then paying for the taxes separately
we are not large enough to be able to deal with the complexities and burden of estimating and remitting taxes to the various countries
In every country that we ship to, we offer shipping at a very subsidized rate, but you (the buyer) are ultimately responsible for any additional taxes, customs duties, and custom clearance fees that may arise. The provided are estimates for your reference and may not be complete.
