  • We are based in Northern California. All products are stored, assembled, and shipped out of our tiny one-car garage.

  • We ship from California to all US states.

    We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Romania, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, United Kingdom (UK)

    All international shipments are insured, in case of loss. For additional details, please see the International Shipping Info.

  • For orders in the United States, we generally use USPS or UPS and will usually deliver within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on the season, this may sometimes take longer. We provide tracking information.

    For orders outside the United States, it can sometimes take up to 15 business days, depending on which carriers are available. Limited tracking is generally available. Unless otherwise specified, the customer will be responsible for any customs and taxes that are due to the local government.

  • If products show as available to order, they are in stock and ready to ship. We will generally ship within 3 business days of receiving your order.
